▫️ What kind of leather do you use?

All our standard products are locally sourced top-grain cowhide leathers.

Custom orders may vary upon request.

▫️ What are the modes of payment for orders out of Lazada/ Shopee? 

Through Gcash or BDO bank transfer, which will be provided upon placement of order

▫️ How can I request for a custom made item?

You can send us a message on Facebook or Instagram, or send us a message here on our website

▫️ Is name engraving free? and how can I avail it?

Yes. Free name engraving is available up to 6 charcters (letters and numbers only). 

A pair of double letters and succeeding letters will incur a minimal fee of ₱10 each.

You can send us a message in Lazada or Shopee after placing your order.

If ordered through Facebook or Instagram, you can inform us via direct message.

Please note that the our offered name engraving is in all capital characters, having the size of 0.5 x 0.6 cm (L x H) per character

▫️ How long will my order be delivered after purchasing in Lazada or Shopee?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, please allow 1-2 days for Slick leather to ship your leather goods (Lazada drop-off points are closed every Sundays)

From Lazada sorting facility

- within Metro Manila: 2-3 calendar days

- Luzon: 5 calendar days

- Visayas: 8 calendar days

- Mindanao: 10 calendar days

From Shopee's sorting facility:

- within Metro Manila: 4-6 calendar days

- outside Manila: 7-12 calendar days
